June 2011...... I packed my valuables into these three bags below, flew 2 1/2 hours to Philadelphia and proceeded in a
30 min car ride to Kennett Square, PA.

After the flag was properly placed I felt at home in my new space. Thanks to my roommate Aubrey Smith for loaning me sheets and pillow.

June 2011.... APGA summer 2011 conference.... Doug Conley ( former director of The Gardens at SIUE, my very own career mentor) and I at the Italian Water Garden enjoying what turned out to be a great event..

October 2011... Janette Bagnell ( Administrative Assistant for Dr. Trader in charge of internships) and I attended the FFA (Future Farmers of America) Conference in Indianapolis, IN...

Oct 2011.... after plenty shot down suggestions to be other things...( bugs, bees, flowers, etc.) the Education Department decided to be crayons for Halloween... since I suggested I had to make all the costumes... :o)

Nov 2011.... I had the great opportunity to working with Longwood and Kennett Square liaison for challenged students. These students were apart of a program which gave them real experience working at Longwood Gardens. Their first time taking pictures and I got this great shot .... simply amazed !!

December 2011, Christmas @ Longwood !!

We are only at December folks... I am living the Longwood Christmas experience and still have 6 more months to go !!!!!! ...
